Responsibilities
  • Deliver Post-Acute Care: Provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Monitor Patient Wellbeing: Track vital signs and monitor physical and mental health
  • Administer Medications: Safely and accurately administer medications to patients
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
  • Current Connecticut State License: Must be licensed to practice as a LPN in Connecticut
  • LPN Educational Program: Completion of an approved LPN educational program
  • High School Diploma: Equivalent or higher
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role
