Job Skills / Requirements

Compensation: $15.00 per hour. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and staff while performing essential security tasks.
  • Enhance safety by being vigilant and proactive in identifying, addressing, and reporting potential hazards.
  • Adhere to DSI and client protocols, including specific site instructions.
  • Engage in training sessions to familiarize yourself with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
  • Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.

Minimum Requirements

This role requires a strong customer service orientation and proficiency in basic to intermediate computer skills, along with effective written and verbal communication abilities. Candidates must be capable of conducting routine foot patrols, performing moderate lifting, and working in various weather conditions.

Pre-employment criteria include being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license is preferred. Reliable transportation and communication means are essential. Candidates must successfully complete all necessary background checks and drug screenings.
