Job Overview
We're seeking an Aquatic Educator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality swim lessons to children aged four months to 12 years old.
Salary:$14-$18 per hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Teach swim lessons based on our comprehensive curriculum
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents
- Evaluate students' progress and complete required paperwork
- Interact with parents/guardians after each lesson
- Use problem-solving skills to address challenges faced by students
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; training provided
- Must be at least 15 years old
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required (training available)
