Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to established standards of evidence-based practice and organizational policies.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care and services, including point-of-care testing and laboratory services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain current clinical knowledge and competency in skills related to the RN role, including the use of respirator masks and personal protective apparel.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Valid and active RN licensure from the appropriate state.
  • CPR certification and ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications as required by the area.
  • Dependable transportation and current personal collision and liability insurance.
Work Requirements
  • Weekend shifts, including on-call responsibilities.
  • Travel required for patient visits and team meetings.
