We are seeking a highly skilled Production Operator to join our team at Spartech LLC. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our production floor, maintaining high-quality standards, and minimizing downtime.

• Production Operations: Safely operate production equipment, maintain throughput, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, and document any issues or discrepancies.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, and assist in changeovers and troubleshooting.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment, and report any issues to the maintenance team.
• Documentation: Accurately document production data, including manufacturing logs and quality control reports.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a production environment.
