About the Role:As a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our interdisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluating patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders.
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing (preferred).
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center) or as required by the state of practice (if an assisted living facility).
We provide a competitive compensation package, including a pay target of $33.00 per hour.
