- Evaluation and Standards: Evaluate nursing care and maintain established standards of practice to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Infection Control: Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies to prevent the spread of infections.
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state.
- CPR Certification: Current CPR certification.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff.
