Key Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Comply with legal regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.
- Engage effectively with customers to assist them in their food and drink choices.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Process orders efficiently.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at the beginning of each shift.
- Achieve proficiency in specialty cocktails and demonstrate enthusiasm for our offerings.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience is required.
- Experience in high-volume settings is advantageous.
- Strong awareness of guest needs and surroundings.
- Extensive knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
- Solid understanding of craft beer and cocktails.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with guests, team members, and management to ensure outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Good judgment and a positive attitude.
- All necessary food and alcohol certifications as required by the location.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Polite and patient demeanor.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Focus on guest satisfaction.

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Good hearing is necessary for effective communication with guests.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle and manipulate objects and tools.
- Ability to work in noisy environments.
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying required.
- Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
- Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens.
- Extended periods of standing and walking throughout the restaurant.
- Fast-paced, hands-on role.
- Dining areas are both indoors and outdoors, with lighting maintained at a low level.
