We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Game Day Sales Experience individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at the NCAA Convention. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling merchandise, and assisting with daily operations. If you have a passion for sales, retail, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for our customers. This includes providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales within the retail kiosks, and ensuring that every guest feels legendary. You will also assist with daily operations, including maintaining general cleanliness, stocking and organizing merchandise, and executing company visual merchandising directives.
To succeed in this role, you should have strong verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and basic computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one to three months of related experience or training.
