Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Field Service.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with 8-10 years on Microsoft technologies.
  • 6-8 years of experience on Dynamics CRM, including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud.
  • Proven experience in architecture and design, with a focus on large-scale implementations.
  • Excellent communication and team handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure AI/Client.
  • Knowledge of Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent.
  • Agile DevOps experience.
