Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and assemble a wide range of menu items, including salads, sandwiches, and soups.
  • Ensure every order is made quickly, correctly, and consistently, meeting speed and accuracy goals.
  • Partner with our team to build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
  • Support your manager and team members in achieving our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Food service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and meet speed and accuracy goals.
  • Commitment to health and food safety standards.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
