Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients
  • Observe and report on activity at your assigned location, including any security concerns or incidents
  • Respond quickly and effectively to critical situations, using your training and experience to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe environment
  • Write detailed reports on incidents and activity, using your strong writing skills to communicate effectively
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, using your knowledge and experience to make informed decisions
Requirements
  • State security license
  • 32hr. BSIS security training (additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
  • High school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Seven to ten years of security experience
  • Active BSIS baton permit
  • Active OC spray permit
  • Active pepper spray permit
  • Active hand cuff permit
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (an asset)
  • Loss Prevention experience (five years)
