Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in coaching the women's gymnastics team, focusing on preparation for competitions and the holistic development of individual student-athletes. Monitor and support the academic, social, and personal growth of the gymnastics participants.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, which include evaluating potential student-athletes through various channels, preparing necessary compliance documentation, and managing all recruitment-related activities in accordance with NCAA regulations.
- Support game day operations, including event management and coaching responsibilities.
- Enhance the program's visibility and development by fostering relationships with alumni, donors, and community stakeholders. Represent the department and the women's gymnastics program at various events.
- Stay informed about NCAA, EAGL Conference, and university compliance policies and procedures.
Work Environment:
This position is primarily based on the university's campus but will involve considerable travel for competitions and events. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with at least one year of professional experience in a related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing finances and daily operations within an intercollegiate athletics context.
- Strong organizational, management, communication, and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
