Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
  • Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
  • Secure vehicles properly to the tow truck using appropriate equipment
  • Assess and document the condition of vehicles before and after towing
  • Provide roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockouts
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and completed paperwork
  • Follow safety procedures and traffic laws at all times
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on tow trucks and equipment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • CDL A
  • Experience with automotive maintenance and repairs
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems
  • Valid driver's license
  • Completion of an advanced driving course
  • Good communication skills
  • Drug screen and back required
