We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to join our team as a Mobile Director of Nursing. This role will involve traveling to various facilities in Ohio to provide clinical leadership and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate facility compliance with clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct regular visits to facilities for intervention, audit, and training
- Train new nursing management staff
- Assist with State Survey preparation and implementation
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Director of Nursing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities
- Ability to travel, sometimes for extended periods, to facilities within the region
