Job Summary
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $50 million. They will provide administrative direction to on-site teams to ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Identify and address potential issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Requirements
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software.
- Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural steel within heavy industrial project management.
Compensation
$70,000 to $130,000 annual salary + additional benefits.
