Key Responsibilities:

The Night Utility role encompasses a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring guest satisfaction and safety:

  • Provide friendly and professional service to all guests and team members
  • Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the property
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness in public areas
  • Assist with maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition
  • Manage emergency situations with composure and efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of guest information
  • Log and communicate guest requests to relevant departments

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • CPR certification is required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Work Environment:

The Night Utility position involves working in a dynamic environment where adaptability and teamwork are essential. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced setting and be able to manage changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
