About the Role

Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team at our partner Assisted Living Facility in Dover, NH.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to determine appropriate physical therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels.

You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

Our ideal candidate will create and implement unique treatment plans for the patient's current level of functioning as well as potential improvement, while demonstrating superior clinical judgment.

Your Typical Day

As a Physical Therapist at Engage Senior Therapy, you will tap into your extensive expertise and sincere passion for helping others as you assess and treat active older adult patients.

You will engage in one-on-one one-hour physical therapy sessions within our warm and welcoming in-house outpatient clinics.

Develop bonds not just with patients, but with their families, doctors, and fellow team members, ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy with an Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy.

Experience or interest in a geriatric physical therapy setting is a plus.

Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care and superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages is a must.

Drive to continually learn and grow is also a key requirement.
