Key Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: Average $1,442 per week, with a starting pay of.58 cpm and a.03 per mile increase per year.
  • Guaranteed Miles: Average of 1,850 miles per week, with 1,500 miles guaranteed if available to work all 5 days.
  • Stop Pay: $16 per stop, with an average of 23 stops per week and an additional $10 per stop for tarping in inclement weather.
  • Home Time: Home every night, with consistent shifts and 5 dispatches per week.
  • Benefits: Paid time off, including 8 paid holidays, excellent insurance coverage, and a profit-sharing plan.
Requirements:
  • Class A CDL: Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
  • Age and Experience: Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, move freight, and climb onto and off of the flatbed trailer/load.
Essential Functions:
  • Load Freight: Lift and move freight, with a lift requirement of 80 pounds.
  • Unload Freight: Lift and move freight, with a lift requirement of 80 pounds.
  • Move Freight: Move freight, with a force requirement of 54 pounds.
  • Secure Load: Secure the load with chains and hardware, with a lift requirement of 80 pounds.
  • Drive: Drive the truck, with extensive travel and the ability to sit upright for extended periods of time.
