We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Great Wolf Lodge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
