Your role will involve ensuring a seamless flow of orders through entry, production scheduling, and shipping, guaranteeing timely and accurate deliveries. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and finalize international documentation for all global shipments.
  • Receive, store, distribute, package, and ship materials in compliance with established protocols while maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure the precision of documentation and quantities received, stored, distributed, packaged, and shipped in alignment with industry standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Gather, document, and analyze data for effective process management.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience with MPS/MRP production control systems is preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
