Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our production team in Tooele, UT. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and Preparation
    • Complete work area setup and ensure all necessary tools and equipment are available.
  • Assembly and Fabrication
    • Fabricate component parts or assemble the finished product according to customer specifications.
    • Operate hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
  • Quality Control and Safety
    • Ensure all products meet quality standards and are free from defects.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and report any safety concerns or issues.
  • Record Keeping and Communication
    • Complete production records as required.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Working knowledge of basic math.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
