Nurse Practitioner

PATH Integrated Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals and families in a collaborative care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and diagnose clients, developing treatment plans to address their unique needs
- Collaborate with medical directors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Order laboratory screenings and interpret results, making informed decisions about client care
- Prescribe medications within your scope of practice, maintaining follow-up care with clients and families
- Exemplify the mission and vision of PATH Integrated Health, providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited university
- Board of Nursing licensure - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (preferred) and Active DEA required
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a behavioral health environment
- Thorough knowledge of billing and coding guidelines
