Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Shearer's Foods. As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize production areas, including equipment and machinery
  • Operate industrial power-washing equipment and chemical cleaning solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and sanitation cleaning logs
  • Assist with cleaning office areas, hallways, locker rooms, and break rooms
  • Clean up outside grounds and remove snow from walkways

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
