Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain awareness of ongoing promotions and relay this information to customers.
- Execute daily operational objectives and priorities as directed by store management.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and understand their applications.
- Demonstrate merchandising skills and address any merchandising issues, stock discrepancies, pricing concerns, and labeling/signage matters within your designated area or the store overall.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; training is available for high school students.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the retail environment.

Experience:
- Proven ability to build relationships and engage with customers.
- Trade skills are advantageous, accompanied by a personality that embodies our Core Values and mission.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with retail computer systems is a plus.
- A solid team player with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate business needs.

Physical Requirements:
The minimum physical requirements for this position include, but are not limited to, the ability to perform tasks as needed.

Compensation:
Rate of pay is based on education and experience.
