In this role, you will engage in various tasks such as preparing meals, running errands, and accompanying clients to appointments. You may also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other domestic duties. Our Senior Companions often work independently but may collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively and establish meaningful relationships with our clients and their families.

Requirements for this role include at least one year of experience working with seniors, proficiency in English, and excellent communication skills. Two professional references and proof of a TB test taken within the last year are also necessary. A background check is mandatory, and holding certifications like CNA, HHA, or BLS/CPR can be advantageous. The estimated hourly compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $25, depending on the location and level of experience.
