Job Title: FSQA Lab Supervisor

Seaboard Foods is seeking a highly skilled FSQA Lab Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food safety and quality assurance department, you will be responsible for supervising laboratory protocols, harvest inspection programs, and food safety and quality assurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise laboratory protocols and ensure compliance with USDA and FSIS directives.
  • Oversee harvest inspection programs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement food safety and quality assurance programs.
  • Collaborate with plant management and employees to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging food safety regulations and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in meat science, food science, microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of USDA and FSIS directives and regulatory requirements.
