**Job Summary**

ABM Industries is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide thorough cleaning and maintenance of all assigned areas, including hallways, offices, and common areas.
• Strip and wax floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
• Mop and clean floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Understand and properly use chemicals for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
• Vacuum offices and common areas to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Operate chemical dispensing units to ensure accurate and safe use of cleaning chemicals.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
