- Complete administrative tasks, including documenting care and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.

- A guaranteed minimum of 3-4 hours per client visit.
- Higher pay rates for experienced caregivers with long-term assignment potential, memory care experience, or Hoyer lift expertise.
