Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education, to support patients throughout their continuum of care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments and handoffs.
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the use of therapies, exercises, and therapeutic appliances to promote continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a Master's Degree, Doctorate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
