Job Title: Strength and Conditioning Coach

SLX HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one assisted stretches and leading guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
  • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions to achieve their goals
  • Build and retain client relationships through excellent customer service and sales outreach
  • Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and StretchLab policies
  • Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Handle client concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
  • Maintain a strong social media presence to engage with clients and promote our services
  • Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use
Requirements:
  • Passion for boutique fitness and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
  • Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor
  • Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training
  • Fitness certification required
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment
  • Ability to connect with people and help them achieve their goals
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
  • Availability to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training Program
Compensation:

$22-$25 per hour for stretching members, with opportunities for extra hours supporting the studio at $10 per hour
