We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Ascension Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, functioning within the scope of your license.
- Contribute to the assessment of patients and ensure their well-being.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Perform laboratory tests and therapeutic services as needed.
- Educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- Ortho experience preferred.
