**Job Description: As a Full-Time Appointment Scheduler, you will play a vital role in efficiently scheduling patients for various services, including office visits, laboratory tests, and radiology appointments. You will serve as the primary liaison between patients, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing appointment logistics, streamlining operations, and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer-centric care.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To excel in this role, you will need a solid foundation in technical and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of appointment scheduling experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Proficiency in medical terminology is crucial for effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. Familiarity with insurance processes is preferred, enabling you to navigate patient inquiries and scheduling efficiently. While experience with current EMR systems is advantageous, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
