Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Chick-fil-A Hawks Creek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Guests with Honor and Dignity: Demonstrate our core values of Fast, Friendly, and Accurate service by being a brand ambassador and ensuring that guests are cared for in every interaction.
  • Execute Chick-fil-A Hospitality Requirements: Ensure that guests are being cared for by executing our hospitality requirements, including Winning Hearts Every Day and Second Mile Service strategy.
  • Answer Guest Questions and Needs: Answer guest questions and needs with the highest level of professionalism and provide solutions to their concerns.
  • Prepare and Deliver Food Orders: Assemble and prepare food orders on our front counter and in our kitchen, and deliver them to guests in our dining room, drive-thru, and outside to vehicles.
  • Operate Cash Register System: Operate our cash register system and handle cash, credit card, and coupon payments.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Working Environment: Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment, including our unique and industry-leading food safety regulations.
