Medical Support Specialist

Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our Behavioral Health Department. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clinicians and registered nurses to provide high-quality patient care and facilitate efficient patient flow.
About the Role
This position requires a Medical Assistant Certificate (preferred) and two years of experience in a medical office setting. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have prior experience with electronic medical records. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive fringe benefits, and 13 paid holidays.
Schedule
The ideal candidate will be available for various shifts, including late afternoons and early evenings.
