Job Summary:

This is a 12-week travel assignment for a Registered Respiratory Therapist. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy and a willingness to be flexible and adaptable in new environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including COPD, pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
