Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate and adaptable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a travelling CNA. You will work in various locations within a 150-mile radius of your home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

About the Role
  • Provide assistance with basic health care needs, including daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, provide water and supplements as appropriate.
  • Aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed.
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary.
  • Communicate resident's changing condition and care-related concerns/responses to the charge nurse.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
  • A minimum age of 16.
  • Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care, preferred.
  • A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
