About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Attendant to join our team at Hollywood Casino Morgantown. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dusts and polishes fixtures, furniture, and flooring.
  • Clean windows and doors.
  • Maintains a clean working area at all times and ensures that equipment and work materials are not left in an unsafe or unsightly manner.

Requirements:

  • Less than 6 months of prior work experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions.
