Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding guest satisfaction by embodying a "Do Whatever It Takes" mindset and leading by example
Engage with guests during service hours, expertly guiding them through our beverage selections and executing wine service
Enhance wine sales through attentive, guest-focused service
Support the service team and management with essential restaurant operations as needed
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the wine list and menu pairings, along with all beverage offerings
Manage wine inventory to ensure accuracy and availability to meet operational needs
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining, high-volume setting
Genuine passion for wine and exceptional service
Level 2 certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers is advantageous
Extensive knowledge of wines; strong hospitality focus and sales acumen
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
Consistent and progressive work history; strong work ethic
