  • Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage to designated areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and restock supplies and food products, ensuring that the kitchen and retail areas are well-stocked and organized.
  • Set up serving lines, ensuring that temperatures are taken and recorded, and that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Serve hot and cold items to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
