Job Summary
As an Industrial Engineer I, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance our manufacturing capabilities. If you are passionate about process improvement and have a strong background in industrial engineering, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve production workflows and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- Provide training and guidance on Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques to ensure seamless integration into our operations.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering with 1 year's experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving results-oriented projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and engage others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically and creatively.
