Americhem- Extrusion Operator

We are seeking highly skilled Extrusion Operators to join our team at our Concord, NC plant. Americhem is a leading manufacturer of custom color concentrates, and our production team specializes in setting up, operating, and tending extruding machines to process a variety of products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate extruders and related equipment to produce high-quality compounds according to specifications.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing/production strongly preferred.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Tow motor/forklift experience.
  • Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated with solid math and analytic skills.
