Job Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients in line with Physician Orders
  • Deliver care consistent with patient Plans of Care Service Plans
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior to appropriate supervisor and/or patient physician
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention

Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior home health care experience, an active Georgia RN or LPN Nursing License, and BLS CPR Certification. Prior experience in Chronic Disease Management is preferred.

We also offer flexible schedules, allowing you to create your own schedule and choose your own patient assignments. With a range of shifts available, including days, mid-shifts, and nights, you can find a schedule that suits your needs.

Estimated Salary: $45-$60 per hour
