Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
  • Conduct ultrasound examinations, taking note of any abnormalities or areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, examination results, and any follow-up actions.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ultrasound imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
