Requirements

  • Certifications: We require our caregivers to be certified as a CNA or HHA, or have relevant experience in direct care provision.
  • Compassion and Communication Skills: Our caregivers must possess a compassionate nature, patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Authorization to Work: Our caregivers must be authorized to work in the US.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination: We require our caregivers to be vaccinated against COVID-19, with medical or religious exemptions available as per EEOC regulations.
