About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Flowers Foods. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and safety in our plant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sanitation schedule to meet governmental and company standards
Delegate sanitation tasks to team members and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Manage insect and pest control programs to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Develop and maintain records of sanitation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

3+ years of experience in plant sanitation or a related field
Demonstrated knowledge of pest control and sanitation standards
High school diploma or equivalent and AIB certification program completion
