About the Role
Zachry Group is seeking a skilled Industrial Scaffold Builder to join our team. As an Industrial Scaffold Builder, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient construction, dismantling, and repair of wooden and metal scaffolds and auxiliary structures related to scaffolds.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction, dismantling, and repair of wooden and metal scaffolds and auxiliary structures related to scaffolds.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure scaffolding is installed and maintained in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of scaffolding plans and procedures to ensure efficient and safe construction processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scaffold construction, dismantling, and repair.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards for scaffolding.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
