Job Description

The Intensive Care Nurse Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and planning nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. This includes performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic arrhythmia certification within 6 months of hire.
  • AACN, CCRN, or CCP certification within two years of hire.

In addition to these requirements, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
