Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mountain Ridge Center in Franklin, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure quality care and efficient workflow.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care transitions.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
- CPR certification required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $48.00.
- Full-time position with benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401K.
