Job Summary

Best Employment SoluTions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Triage Technician to join our team. As a Triage Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective processing of assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Handling: Move assets into the triage area using a pallet jack and scan assets into the inventory system.
  • Inspection and Assessment: Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to determine the course of action or pre-work repair, and check cooling performance using data loggers.
  • Asset Path Determination: Determine the asset path based on the work needed, including body shop, refrigeration, fast pass, or scrap.
  • Inventory Management: Identify all parts needed for the Finish Line and place assets in the staging area once assessments and pre-work are completed.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, and effective quality management and technical skills.
  • Physical Demands: Repeated sitting, standing on cement floors, walking, pushing/pulling, lifting, carrying, up to 35 lbs., and continuous bending, kneeling, squatting, grasping, reaching, fine manipulation, and exposure to chemicals and noise.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to read, write, and speak English, and maintain a neat professional appearance within company guidelines.
Working Conditions

This role is extremely physical and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity and quality in their work.
